8月17日，有网友发视频称，参观山西博物院时，发现一件青铜文物展柜内有一部手机。

A visitor on Sunday discovered a mobile phone inside an exhibition case displaying a bronze artifact at the Shanxi Museum. According to an official statement from the museum, the phone had slipped into the case but caused no damage to the cultural relic.

现场视频显示，展柜内放置的文物是附耳蹄足鼎，展柜四周均有玻璃将文物与游客相隔。视频发布者称，该展柜没有上盖，玻璃罩上端约两米多高。

Video footage from the scene showed the artifact enclosed by glass panels on all sides, separating it from visitors. The person who shared the video mentioned that the display case had no top cover, with the glass enclosure standing over two meters high.

山西博物院官方网站藏品介绍显示，附耳蹄足鼎为春秋时期的炊煮器，1961年侯马市上马墓地出土。

8月18日，山西博物院发布关于8月17日“观众手机误入展柜”事件的情况说明与温馨提示，同时公布了事发时的画面。

画面显示，2025年8月17日15时10分，一名未成年观众在山西博物院“晋国霸业”展厅参观期间，因拍摄文物不慎将手机滑落至展柜内。该展柜陈列了体量较大的附耳蹄足鼎，展柜为四周设有玻璃围挡、无顶盖的半封闭设计。手机自围挡边沿滑入后，与文物保持安全距离，未对文物造成任何损坏。

The museum released a statement on Monday regarding the incident along with a friendly reminder. Surveillance footage revealed that at 3:10 pm on Sunday, a minor accidentally dropped their phone into the display case while attempting to take a picture of the artifact in the exhibition hall. The large tripod was displayed in a semi-enclosed case with glass barriers but no top cover. After sliding from the edge of the barrier, the phone landed at a safe distance from the artifact, causing no harm.

事发后，展厅工作人员第一时间上报保卫部门。17日15时24分，保卫人员取出手机并归还观众，全程未对文物安全及展厅秩序造成影响。

After the incident, museum staff immediately reported the situation to the security department. By 3:24 pm, security personnel had retrieved the phone and returned it to the visitor. The entire process did not affect the safety of the artifact or disrupt order in the exhibition hall.

为进一步保障文物安全与参观秩序，山西博物院将增加展厅巡查频次，加强拍摄行为密集区域监控和提醒，并建议观众拍摄时与展柜保持适当距离。

To further ensure the protection of cultural relics and maintain visiting order, the museum will increase patrols in exhibition halls, enhance monitoring and reminders in areas with high photography activity, and advise visitors to maintain a safe distance from display cases while taking photos.
